Depending on the severity of the violation, we may impose penalties on the relevant account, including but not limited to warnings, account suspension, device restrictions, or feature restrictions, and notify the user of the outcome.

1.2

Users whose accounts have been suspended due to violations of this Agreement may contact us for assistance.

For users subject to feature restrictions, restricted functions will automatically be restored after the restriction period expires.

Suspended users may submit an appeal, and we will review such appeals and determine, at our reasonable discretion, whether to modify the applicable measures.

1.3

Users acknowledge and agree that we have the right to take appropriate actions against violations of applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement based on reasonable judgment.

We may take legal action against any unlawful or non-compliant user, retain relevant information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and report such information to relevant authorities where required.

Users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising from their violations.

1.4

Users acknowledge and agree that if their violation of this Agreement results in any claims, demands, losses, or damages asserted by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, the user shall compensate and indemnify us, our partners, and affiliated companies against such claims and losses.

2. User Content Guidelines

2.1

The content referred to in this section includes any content created, uploaded, copied, published, transmitted, or shared by users while using this website, including but not limited to:

• account avatars;
• usernames;
• user descriptions;
• registration information;
• verification materials;
• text, voice messages, images, videos, graphics, links;
• messages, replies, automatic replies;
• and any other content generated through the use of accounts or the Services.

2.2

Users shall not use their website accounts or the Services to create, upload, copy, publish, or distribute any content prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, or policies, including but not limited to:

1. Content that opposes the fundamental principles established by applicable laws;
2. Content that endangers national security, discloses confidential information, undermines governmental authority, or disrupts national unity;
3. Content that damages national reputation or interests;
4. Content that promotes ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
5. Content that violates religious policies or promotes cults or superstition;
6. Content that spreads rumors, disrupts public order, or undermines social stability;
7. Content involving pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or encouragement of criminal activities;
8. Content that insults, defames, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
9. Any other content prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.

2.3

Users shall not use their website accounts or the Services to create, upload, copy, publish, or distribute content that interferes with normal website operations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including but not limited to:

1. Content containing sexual content or sexual implications;
2. Content containing insults, intimidation, or threats;
3. Content involving harassment, spam advertising, malicious information, or fraudulent information;
4. Content involving other people's privacy, personal information, or data;
5. Content infringing upon others’ reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights;
6. Any other content that interferes with normal operation of the Services or infringes upon the rights and interests of users or third parties.

3. Rules of Use

3.1

Any content transmitted, published, or shared by users through the Services does not represent or reflect our opinions, positions, or policies, and shall not be interpreted as such.

We shall not be responsible for any such content.

3.2

Users shall not use website accounts or the Services to engage in any of the following activities:

1. Submitting or publishing false information, using another person's avatar or information without authorization, impersonating others, or using another person's identity;

If any damage is caused to us or any third party as a result, the user shall compensate such losses in accordance with applicable laws.

4.2

The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any dispute or controversy arising between users and us shall first be resolved through friendly consultation.

If no agreement can be reached, the user agrees that such dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court located at our registered place of business.

4.3

If any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.

4.4

We reserve the final right of interpretation of this Agreement.
