FMH Frameless Torque Motor

◉ Full-size coverage With an outer diameter covering 38–120 mm, it supports all major joint types—waist, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle—meeting the full range of requirements for mainstream robotic joints. ◉ Low Temperature Rise Utilizing a stator vacuum potting process, the insulation and thermal conductivity are significantly enhanced, resulting in lower temperature rise. ◉ High Torque Density A new electromagnetic design combined with segmented cores and high magnetic induction silicon steel sheets enables higher slot fill rate and superior torque density. ◉ Large Hollow Core with Low Profile Ultra-thin frame with a large hollow-core design facilitates easy cable routing and PCB placement in robotic joints. The ultra-thin core structure ensures a low overall height, perfectly suited for the compact design of humanoid robot joints. ◉ Lightweight Design Process innovations reduce the weight of the motor body, increase power density, and support customers in achieving lightweight development for the overall weight control of their embodied intelligent products.
