iSMK Integrated Servo Motor

Developed under Kinco’s i-series core technology concept, the iSMK is a premium integrated servo unit. It accepts wide 24–60 VDC input voltage, with power output ranging from 100 W – 750 W.Its compact monolithic housing integrates servo drive, motor, encoder and brake, enabling distributed on-machine mounting with cabinet-free architecture. This design minimizes machine footprint and boosts overall equipment layout flexibility. Standard models feature IP65 ingress protection, rated for ambient temperatures of -20 °C to 40 °C for general industrial environments. An optional IP67 variant supports an extended operating range of -40 °C to 40 °C, ideal for harsh, multi-condition industrial environments.Supported industrial communication protocols include CANopen, Modbus RTU and EtherCAT. The unit complies with CE, RoHS 2.0 and UL certification standards to simplify global product deployment for system integrators.
