Process Quality: Precise Process Control for Stable Mass Manufacturing Digital System Operation

We deploy an interconnected QMS & MES platform to visualize full-chain data from customer demand to product shipment. The built-in quality big data analytics module monitors all quality metrics in real time during production and after-sales stages.
Each product is assigned an exclusive SN code connected to MES production data, supporting complete traceability of materials, equipment, operators and test logs. If quality defects emerge, abnormal links and affected goods can be located within 30 mins for fast correction, reducing customer losses.

We exclusively source core electronic components from world-leading semiconductor brands including TI and Infineon. Optimized to adapt to diverse industrial operating environments, our products achieve IP67 ingress protection for superior environmental resistance. We operate a fully certified comprehensive laboratory dedicated to extreme-condition reliability testing, split into three specialized divisions: 1.Environmental Reliability Lab Simulates harsh field environments, covering high-altitude conditions up to 5,000 meters and wide temperature ranges of -40°C ~ 85°C. 2.EMC Laboratory Performs a full suite of 16 electromagnetic compatibility tests to guarantee stable operation under intense electromagnetic interference. 3.Mechanical Performance Lab Validates long-term durability: HMI touch panels withstand 1 million touch cycles; servo motors pass 5 million start-stop cyclic endurance tests.
