The iSMC is a low-voltage intelligent integrated servo motor combining a brushless motor, servo drive, and absolute encoder. It is designed for indoor industrial automation equipment and must operate in a PELV power supply environment with pollution degree 1 or 2, free from corrosive and explosive gases.

Requires a PELV power supply with a main power of 48VDC (46–57V) and a logic power of 24VDC (18–30V), supporting random power-up sequencing.
◉ Communication & Commissioning:
Supports EtherCAT (CoE) and RS232 communication. Parameter configuration, oscilloscope tuning, and firmware updates are implemented via the KS+ PC software.
◉ Safety Functions:
Features integrated STO (Safe Torque Off) with dual-channel inputs, complying with SIL3, PLe/Cat.3 safety ratings to ensure the motor torque is safely cut off in emergency states.
◉ Control Capabilities:
Supports position, velocity, torque, homing, and CIP motion control modes such as CSP and CSV, with built-in digital current, velocity, and position closed-loop control.
◉ Feedback System:
Equipped with a battery-free absolute multi-turn encoder with a resolution of 65,536 counts/rev, ensuring precise positioning.
◉ IP65 High Protection:
Dust-tight and protected against splashing liquids, making it suitable for harsh environments such as woodworking, textile, and packaging workshops.
