iSMDシリーズ 一体型サーボドライブモータ
iSMDシリーズは、Kincoのi-Kinco技術理念のもとに生まれた重要製品です。新開発の自動チューニングプラットフォームに、適応型ノッチフィルタとSカーブ技術を組み合わせることで振動・騒音を効果的に抑制し、モータの安定稼働を実現。脱調防止機能、モータ過熱保護、過電圧保護、短絡保護、ドライバ過熱保護を搭載し、設備と作業者の安全を確保します。
24～60VDCの広電圧入力に対応し、出力レンジは400W～1000W。コンパクトな機体設計で、モータ・ドライバ・エンコーダ・ブレーキなどを極限まで統合し、現場設置・制御盤レス化を実現。バッテリー式多回転エンコーダまたはメカニカル式多回転エンコーダに対応します。
本体はIP20またはIP65の防護等級に対応、使用温度は-20℃～40℃。
CANopen、Modbus RTU、EtherCAT、Profinetなど複数の通信方式に対応。
CE認証を満たし、ROHS2.0およびUL認証基準に準拠、STO安全機能にも対応。
